All sales at Lucky Cat Crafts are final. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution. Thank you for supporting our small business and handmade work—we truly appreciate it! 🐱✨

Shipping

Currently we only ship within the United States. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout. Lucky Cat Crafts does not cover shipping fees. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business! 

Custom Orders

We do accept custom orders! Please DM us on Instagram @luckycatcrafts_ with your ideal product, and feel free to include inspiration images. Pricing will be discussed and confirmed before we begin creating your custom piece.
